   - 장기 1년 (2020. 05. 01 - 2021. 04. 20)

   - 단기 6개월 (상반기 2020. 05. 01 ~ 2020. 10. 20 / 하반기 2020. 11. 01 ~ 2021. 04. 20)

   - 단기 3개월 (상반기 2020. 05. 01 ~ 2020. 07. 20 / 하반기 2020. 08. 01 ~ 2020. 10. 20)

  ○ 운영시간 : 24시간 개방

  ○ 입주정원 : 20명 (해외작가 포함)

   - 장기 1년 : 10명

   - 단기 6개월 : 6명

   - 단기 3개월 : 4명

  ○ 입주분야 : 평면, 입체, 사진, 영상, 설치, 평론 등

  ○ 이 용 료 : 무료(단 개인이 사용하는 전기, 인터넷 등 기타이용료는 작가 부담)

 본 스튜디오에 입주한 경력이 없는 청주지역 및 국내·외 미술작가

  * 우대사항

  - 청주시에 현재 1년 이상 계속 거주하고 있는 사람

  - 청주시에 과거 3년 이상 거주하였고, 현재 1년 이상 계속 거주하고 있는 사람

  - 그 밖에 지역사회발전(미술 분야)에 기여하였다고 시장이 인정하는 우수한 자는 심사결과에 따라 우선 배정 (청주시 청주시립관 운영조례 시행규칙 제8조 청주 미술창작스튜디오 운영)

  ※ 학부(대학원 포함) 재학 중인 경우 신청 불가

 ① 입주신청서 1부 (자기소개서 / 작가노트 / 작가경력서 포함)

   * 입주신청서 서식 내 ‘행정정보 공동이용 동의서’에 반드시 날인

 ② 창작활동 계획서 1부

   * 입주기간 내에 해당되며, 구체적으로 서술

 ③ 포트폴리오 등 작품 소개자료 1부 (최근 3년 이내의 대표작품 15점 이내 / PPT, PDF 파일, 용량 50Mb이하만 가능)

   * 영상작품은 AVI파일이어야 하며, 3~5분 이내로 10점 이하 제출

   * 평론분야 입주희망자는 서적, 도록, 참고자료 등 증빙이 가능한 자료 5~7점 표 지 스캔하여 제출

 ④ 최종 학력(졸업)증명서 1부 (최근 3개월 이내 발급본 제출)

   * 스캔하여 첨부 (JPG, PDF 등)

 ⑤ 주민등록등본 1부

   * 최근 3년간 거주지 변동 사항이 기록되어야 하며, 외국인의 경우 여권 사본으 로 대체

   * 스캔하여 첨부 (JPG, PDF 등)

 ⑥ 국내·외 전시경력 증빙자료 (1차 합격자에 한하여 추후 제출)

   * 개인전 도록 또는 전시 개최 확인서 등

  ○ 최종 입주자 발표 : 2019년 12월 11일 (예정)

 ─ 심사 방법 : 입주작가 선정심사위원회 심의 결정

 ─ 심사 결과 : 신청자 개별통지 및 홈페이지 게시

  * 신청 서류는 일체 반환하지 않음.

  * 인터뷰와 계약신청에 응하지 않은 자는 입주거부로 간주함.

  * 작성된 서류의 내용이 사실과 다른 경우 선정을 취소함.

2020-2021 Open Call for Artist-In-Residency for Cheongju Art Studio

The Cheongju Art Studio is run by the city council of Cheongju, Korea. It is designed to provide an ideal working space with diverse programs for both domestic and international artists. The fundamental purpose of the residency is to encourage the artists personal artistic growth and interaction with the works and ideas of fellow artists.

Through active discussion they will lead their art creativity and motivation in art. The Cheongju Art Studio accepts about 20 artists each year. Each artist is provided with their own studio a bathroom and a small kitchen area. The studio is spacious with a high ceiling. It is designed as a loft where an artist can work and sleep, and is open 24 hours a day.

Each artist will have a solo show with a brochure and promotion. Also artists will participate in several group shows inside and outside of the city. Each year we curate two to three group shows. We also host an open studio and several artists workshops in which artists give public presentations on their work. ■ Cheongju Art Studio
